Free Download Top 20 best iPad games

Posted by Unknown Jumat, 30 Maret 2012 0 komentar

1. Air Hockey Gold (universal)
Air hockey games work much better on the iPad than the iPhone, simply due to the iPad's larger screen. Air Hockey Gold isn't the only free game of this type, but it was the one that felt best during testing, and the two-player mode works nicely.

2. Aurora Feint 3
Aurora Feint 3is essentially Puzzle Quest (Bejeweled welded to a basic RPG). Slide gems and match three to gain energy or smack your foe during battles. The horizontal-only sliding combined with accelerometer-based gravity-shifting in the well means you have to think fast in this game, which is well-suited to the iPad.

3. Bub - Wider
This curious creation is a tranquil arcade game, where you tilt your iPad to guide a bubble around forests. The aim of Bubis to snare strangely named seeds and avoid foes. There's little new here over the iPhone release, and the fuzzy graphics desperately need an upgrade, but Bub works well on iPad due to the precision the larger device offers.
Bub wider

4. Checkers Free HD
It's checkers. On an iPad. For free. What more do you want to know? Oh, OK, then – Checkers Free HDis a pretty decent version of the popular board-game, with a variable difficulty level, configurable player names, an 'undo' function for wusses, and a toggle for forced captures.
Checkers free

5. Cliffed: Norm's World XL (universal)
This race-to-the-bottom vertical platform game lacks depth but Cliffedis fun for a quick high-score blast. Use the chunky controls to make your guy dash left or right to avoid rocks and leap down holes. If the screen catches up with him, it's game over. Cliffed XL (£1.19) adds characters and power-ups.

6. Compression HD
Compression HDis roughly what you'd end up with if you used a hammer to smash Puyo Puyo into the garbage compactor scene from Star Wars. Pieces fall, and you move and rotate them to fashion lines of three. All the while, the walls are closing in.
Compression hd

7. Dizzypad HD
Dizzypadis a one-thumb game which has you tapping the screen to have your frog leap between rotating lily pads. If he falls in the drink, he dies (pollution, eh?), but extra lives can be gained by munching bugs or bravely skipping lily pads. Extra modes are available via in-app purchase.
Dizzypad

8. Escape - Norm's World XL (universal)
IUGO's puzzler Escapehas you swiping to make your silhouette leap between circles, which vanish when you leave them. The idea is to jump on every circle, whereupon you move to the next level. 59p in-app purchases are available for tougher levels and two-player modes.
Escape

9. Frotz (universal)
Although it works on an iPhone, Frotzisn't great on the smaller screen. But on the iPad, with its larger keyboard, the interactive fiction player is a revelation. It uses the Z-Machine format, and you can download a selection of freely available text adventures (including the original Zork) using the app, or upload your own files to the app via FTP.
Frotz

10. GodFinger All-Stars for iPad
There are quite a few open-ended god games for the iPad, but most are pretty charmless affairs (we're looking at you, We Rule). GodFinger All-Starstakes you in close, enabling you to interfere with your subjects in detail. The interface is interesting, the game is full of character, and while it doesn't last forever, it'll provide you with plenty of entertainment.
GodFinger allstars

11. Harbor Master HD
This game might look like Flight Control in the drink, but the gameplay mechanics are subtly different. As with Firemint's effort, Harbor Masteris a line-drawing game, this time with you drawing paths so boats can dock. However, once they've unloaded, they must leave the screen or sometimes visit another dock, ensuring things rapidly become complex and frantic.
Harbor master

12. Hole-in-a-wall HD
Hole-in-a-wall HDis pretty much the space-age equivalent of that Saturday evening TV show where daft people try and fling themselves through holes in a wall. Here, though, you swipe to rotate a shape, aiming to fit it through a very specific gap. The game doesn't come off flawlessly (it's often hard to judge alignment as the wall zooms towards you), but perseverance reaps rewards.
Hole in a wall

13. Implode Nature! (universal)
Effectively a taster for IUGO's full Implode game, Implode! Naturenonetheless gives you ten buildings to blow up. The chalk-themed physics-based destruction looks great on the iPad, and although there aren't that many levels, achieving perfection on them all is a challenge.
Implode hd

14. Labyrinth 2 HD Lite
Another demo for a paid-for title (and one that made our top 10 best paid-for iPad games), Labyrinth 2 HD Lite's definitely worth downloading if you don't have the full game. It's the digital equivalent of tilt-based marble games, but with varied, crazy designs. You get 15 mazes here, and there's always a high-score to beat.
Labrynth

15. Loco Railer Lite
Draw tracks to guide your train to 'stations' (directional arrows) in this simple action game. The tracks don't always do what you want, and Loco Railer Lite is a basic, slightly clunky game, but it's nonetheless oddly compelling and endearing.
Loco railer

16. Pocket Legends for iPad
Most iPhone OS MMOs are dreary text-based affairs, so it's nice to see Spacetime Studios creating something a bit more ambitious with Pocket Legends, providing us with an iPad-specific 3D world populated by the usual motley collection of fantasy characters. As always with MMOs, the game demands you invest plenty of time to get anything out of it.
Pocket legends

17. Solitaire Ace
After a few hands of Klondike, we actually ended up preferring this free app to several of the iPad solitaire apps with hefty price tags. Solitaire Acemight be simple (no undo, only one theme, just three solitaire variations), but it's fast and responsive, with intuitive controls and extremely clear cards.
Solitaire ace

18. Tilt to Live HD
The basic aim of Tilt to Liveis simple: avoid the red dots, either by cunning dodging and weaving or by triggering explosive devices in the arena. The game stands apart from similar releases due to its polish and sense of humour. You get the basic mode for free, and others can be unlocked by in-app purchase.
Tilt to live

19. Tap Tap Radiation
The Tap Tap rhythm-action games are popular, but they're also a little staid. Tap Tap Radiationtakes the game off the rails, with hit zones meandering around the screen, occasionally snapping into new formations. The result is a much more exciting and fun game that will excite long-time Tap Tap fans and newcomers alike.

20. 10 Pin Shuffle (Bowling) Lite (universal)
We're big fans of 10 Pin Shuffle, a universal app that combines ten-pin bowling and shuffleboard. Of that title's three game modes, the best one is included here in 10 Pin Shuffle Lite, for free. Called 10 Pin Poker, it adds a card game to the mix. Get a spare or strike and you're given one or two cards, respectively. At the end of the tenth frame, whoever has the best hand wins.

How to change Blogger "Post A Comment" Message

Posted by Unknown 1 komentar
In this tutorial i will show you how to replace the 'Post A Comment' text that appears above the comment form with an image. Also, I will make available to you a few cool images or you can add your own image if you like... so let's get started.

How to replace Post a Comment with an image

To replace "Post A Comment" message in your Blogger / Blogspot blog follow the next steps:

Step 1. Log in to Blogger, go to your Blogger Dashboard >> Design >> Edit HTML

Step 2. Tick the "Expand Widget Templates" checkbox.

Step 3. Now search (CTRL + F) for the code marked in red:

<data:postCommentMsg/>

...and for this one too:

<data:postCommentMsg/>

Step 4. Replace <data:postCommentMsg/> with one of the below images codes:

How To SEO Optimize Your Blogger Blog Titles For Higher Search Results

Posted by Unknown Minggu, 25 Maret 2012 0 komentar
This is called "Blogger/blogspot Title Swapping". Swapping blogs title can help boost your position in search engine results page listing and also increase clickthroughs. From an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) perspective, page title is the most important element in your blog in terms of ranking well in search engines. If you look at your browser's title bar you will notice that Blogger's default templates display your blog title in front of each page or post title. So page title would normally be displayed as:

search results, blogger seo, seo

After swapping the blog title, it will be appearing like this:

seo optimization, title swapping, blogger optimize
This kind of placement will be also appearing in google search results. The reason why you should put post titles at the beginning is because users are more likely to search for specific post content rather than the actual name of your blog. So having the post titles at the beginning increases your chances of being found.

How to optimize blogger post titles

Step 1. Log in to your Blogger Dashboard and go to Template > Edit HTML

Step 2. Check the "Expand Widget Templates" checkbox

Step 3. Find (CTRL + F) this code:

<data:blog.pageTitle/>

Step 4. Replace the code above with this one:

<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "item"'>

<data:blog.pageName/> |<data:blog.title/>

<b:else/>

<data:blog.pageTitle/>
</b:if>

How to add a gadget/widget inside your Blogger Blog header

Posted by Unknown 0 komentar
Maybe you have seen that many blogs have AdSense Units or other ads and widgets in the header section of the blog, the most popular format being the AdSense 468x60 ad unit - see in the screenshot below:

But how we can add something inside blogger header - be it a Adsense unit, a search bar, social media buttons or a widget? By simply adding a section in the header. First off, to give space for the extra gadget to fit in, our blogger header should be resized.

A. Resize blogger header

Step 1: Go to Blogger Dashboard > Template > Edit HTML and backup your template

Step 2: Click anywhere inside the code area and open the search box by using the CTRL + F keys:
adsense, blogger tricks, blogger widgets

Step 3: Search for this piece of code:
/* Header
----------------------------------------------- */
Note: If you can't find it, search only for the first line:
/* Header

Screenshot:
blogger gadgets, blogger widgets, blogspot tricks

Step 4: Replace it with this code:
/* Header
----------------------------------------------- */
.header-left{
display: inline-block;
height: 35px;
width: 350px;
float: left;
}
.header-right {
display:inline-block;
float:right;
}

Change the pixels in red with the image's height and width of your blogger header and change float: left; to float: right; if you want to change the position of your logo.

Step 5: Find the below code:
<b:section class='header' id='header' maxwidgets='1' showaddelement='no'>

Step 6: Replace it with:
<b:section class='header header-left' id='header' maxwidgets='1' showaddelement='no'>

Now "Preview" your template, you will find that the background color of Blogger's header is not visible or it's missing. To bring it back, you need to add some more snippets:

Step 7. Find the following code:

Step 8. Just above it, paste this:

Note: if you can't find the code from step 7, search for this instead:
      <b:include name='description'/>

  </b:if>
</b:includable>
</b:widget>
</b:section>
... and paste the code from step 8 just below it.

B. Add extra gadget/widget section to Blogger Header

Let's go one step forward and add an extra gadget section within Blogger header in new template designers.

Step 9. Just below the code from step 8, paste this codejust before/above it:
<b:section class='header-right crosscol' id='header-right' maxwidgets='1' showaddelement='yes'/>

Step 10. Now find:
</b:skin>

Step 11. Paste just above it, this CSS code:
.header-right {
display:inline-block;
float:right;
width:400px;
}

Change the width that is marked in red color. Increase or decrease the pixels according to your needs and positioning new header section.

Step 12. Save the Template.

Step 13. Now all you have to do is to go to Layout and Add a Gadget to the newly created extra header section in Blogger.

How to Burn Blogger RSS Feeds at Feedburner

Posted by Unknown Senin, 19 Maret 2012 0 komentar
What is RSS?

A RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed is a XML-based format for your content. Most blogging platforms, for example, will have an RSS feed built in. Whenever you start publishing posts, your latest posts will be updated in the RSS feed. Visitors to your website can subscribe to your blog’s RSS feed in an RSS reader such as Google Reader.

What is FeedBurner?
Most blogs have RSS feed which is detected automatically by commonly used feed readers when the blog URL is added to the reader.

However, if you want to make it more obvious and easier for readers to subscribe using RSS, or want to know exactly how many people subscribe to your blog then the best option is to add a Feedburner RSS feed and email subscription to your blog.

Feedburner is a free web service which enhances bloggers and podcasters ability to manage their RSS feeds and track usage of their subscribers.

How to create a feed with feedburner

1. Go to Feedburner and sign in to Feedburner with your Google Account (create a Google Account first if you don’t have one).

2. To set up your RSS feed with Feedburner, simply copy the URL of your RSS feed and paste it into the “Burn a feed right this instant” box. Then click Next >>

3. On the next screen, choose the second options - RSS.

4. On the next screen you will be given your RSS feed’s new URL on Feedburner. You will want to use this URL anywhere you reference your RSS feed on your blog. Change the feed title and address with your own.

5. When you click on Next, you will be given the options to setup tracking features for your RSS feed.
Check "Clickthroughs" and "I want more!..." options.

Adding Your Feedburner Feed To Your Blog

This is used to add the RSS icon and easy subscribe options to your blog side bar using a text widget as explained below:

1. Click on the Publicize Tab > Chicklet Chooser in your Feedburner account and copy the HTML code.

2. Go to Blogger Dashboard > Design > Page Elements and add a new gadget

3. Select HTML/JavaScript from the pop-up window and paste the html code in the box.

Adding a FeedBurner Email Subscription

After you have set up your feed, you will want to consider giving visitors the option to subscribe to your content via email. If so, you will want to go to the Publicize tab and click on Email Subscriptions. Click on the Activate button to start email subscription service for your RSS feed.

You will then want to click on Communication Preferences in the left sidebar menu. This will allow you to customize the activation email subscribers receive to confirm their subscription.

Once customized, click Save. The next options you will want to configure are under Email Branding in the left sidebar menu. This is where you can upload a logo, customize the Email Subject line, and change the font styles, colors, and sizes to format the email subscribers will receive. Click Save when finished.

The last (and most important) setting for your email subscription is the Delivery Options. This is where you will tell Feedburner what time to deliver new RSS feed updates to subscribers.

Once saved, click on the Subscription Management link. Here, you can get the code to add a subscription form on your blog or you can get a link to your take visitors to the opt-in form for subscribing via email.

To add it on your blog:

1. Go to Blogger Dashboard > Design > Page Elements

2. Add a new Gadget

3. Select HTML/JavaScript & paste the code in the box.

Redirecting All Your Blog Feed To Feedburner

Unless you redirect all your blog feed to Feedburner you won’t get accurate subscriber numbers because some of your readers subscribe using your original blog feed.

To do this:

1. Go to Settings > Site Feed in your blog dashboard

2. Add your Feedburner address to Post Feed Redirect URL and click Save Changes.

3. Now all your feeds is automatically redirected through FeedBurner and you’ll be able to track subscribers.

If you are enjoying reading this blog, please consider Subscribing!
