aperDesk Lite is a free application designed by WebSpinner, LLC for the iPadthat allows users to draw and take notes directly from the device.

This application is designed to imitate an ordinary pad of paper but with more functionalities and features that allow better note taking with multiple notebooks and pages.

PaperDesk Lite features four different page designs with customization options based on their preference. PaperDesk Lite allows users to create notes using the virtual keyboard,the pen tool on the tool bar, or simply use their finger to draw and write directly into the iPad.

Furthermore, users can choose the size, color, opacity and brightness of the pen tool. It also comes with an eraser for editing. Other features include page bookmarking, auto-save, a spellchecker, the ability to record audio while note-taking, and upload notebooks in GoogleDocs.

PaperDesk Lite is a simple yet feature-rich note-taking application for iPad that can be downloaded for free.
