Android 4.3 Roboto Condensed Font - Is it Better than Stock?

The new font is obviously narrow and very hard to read.
Maybe it's not designed to be used on all devices including Nexus 4.
I had to uninstall the font 5 minutes later... It is just way too hard on my eyes!
